Prior to starting X Factor, Tiffany sold 100’s of millions of dollars in real estate as a sales agent, lead a highly successful sales team and was the Sales Trainer, for one of the most successful new home sales teams in the nation achieving unprecedented industry results year over year.

Tiffany is passionate about real estate and truly energized by braking processes down to build people up. Tiffany also currently owns a successful Real Estate brokerage and leads a small team of high-octane agents.
