Who is the 7X Sales System designed for?

The 7X Sales System was originally built for new home sales teams and high producing real estate professionals — but the SERVICE framework can be customized for any industry where conversations drive revenue. If your team sells anything requiring a human conversation, this system works.

What's included in the online Real Estate courses?

Both the Realtor and the New Home Sales courses run 8 weeks — one stage per week, with one stage receiving two weeks due to its depth. Each module of the SERVICE framework includes instruction, real-world language examples, role-play exercises, and implementation tasks. Weekly live virtual coaching with Tiffany is included every Friday.

How is this course different from other sales training courses?

Most training gives you scripts. The 7X Sales System gives you a language-based framework — meaning you understand why certain words work, not just what to say. It’s a strategic conversation that brings structure and discipline to your approach to talking with clients. The SERVICE framework builds competence and confidence as you guide clients through the 7 critical steps of purchasing a new home. When does the next online cohort start?

New Homes Sales and the Realtor Cohorts (online courses) are offered on a pre-scheduled basis to ensure quality coaching sessions. Register your interest via the contact form and you'll receive early-bird notification when the next cohort opens — typically with a limited enrollment window of 20 -25 professionals. Be sure to identify which course you’re interested in!
Custom course schedules are available for teams of 10 or more

Is there ongoing support after the 9-week course?

Students will have access to course materials for 4 weeks after the course ends. Beyond that, alumni community resources and optional follow-up coaching packages are available. The goal is that you leave with a process you can execute independently — but support is there if you want it.

90 Day Sprint

What is the 90-Day Sprint and who is it for?

The 90-Day Sprint is a hands-on enterprise engagement for residential home builders and sales teams who need a full sales transformation — custom language, competitive research, and Tiffany embedded as your own personal sales coach. It includes two on-site visits and ends with your team running a fully custom sales process, built with the SERVICE framework, they own permanently. The 90 Day Sprint typically works best with builders doing at least 20M in annual revenue.

How many teams does Tiffany work with at a time?

Tiffany only works with 1- 2 builders per quarter. That’s her max capacity to ensure quality results. She also only works with one builder per market, at time, as a full market growth partner.

How is this different from other sales training programs or traditional consulting we've tried?

Most training gives you scripts or motivational sessions that fade in weeks. The 7X Sales System and SERVICE platform install strategic conversation architecture—flexible frameworks that adapt to any buyer situation. Will this disrupt our selling season or current sales operations?

What happens after the 90-day installation period?

Your managers are certified to run the system independently. You keep all the playbooks, scorecards, and conversation maps forever. Many builders choose ongoing quarterly tune-ups or monthly reinforcement coaching, but the core system is designed to be self-sustaining through your management team.

What if my team resists change or doesn't want to buy into the new system?

After working with hundreds of salespeople and over 25 years of perfecting my new home sales strategies, The 7X Sales System actually gives reps more confidence because they learn strategic conversation control, not memorized pitches or stiff procedures. When they see their own conversion rates improve in the first few weeks, buy-in becomes automatic.

How do you measure success, and what happens if we don't see results?

We track in person appointment-to-contract conversion as the primary metric, plus leading indicators like show rates, second visits, and proposal conversion. We can’t GUARANTEE results because we can’t guarantee your team’s effort, but if you don't see a measurable lift within 90 days, we will continue working with your team until you do!

Do you work with our existing CRM and sales tools?

Yes. The7X Sales System integrates with whatever tools you're already using. We don't require new software purchases or dramatic infrastructure changes. We optimize your current processes and add simple scorecards and coaching rubrics that work within your existing workflows. We can even audit your existing software, tools and systems to provide a performance lift, depending on your situation & current setup, but it is not required to experience the impact of our sales process.

Do You Work with our specific buyer demographics, inventory and price points?

Absolutely. The conversation maps, frameworks and language patterns are customized for your market, buyer types, price ranges & your unique differentiating factors as a homebuilder. We don't use generic approaches. Everything is tailored to your communities, from first-time buyers to luxury move-ups

How do we know the ROI will justify the investment?

Conservative math: If you're doing 100 closings/year at $400K ASP and we lift conversion by just 10% (very modest), that's + 10 additional sales = $4M in additional revenue, a minimum 800% return on investment. Most builders see the investment pay back within 2-3 weeks of installing the program.
